Job Description
Job Title: DataStage Developer with ControlM Scheduler
Location: Chicago IL (onsite)
Duration/Term: 6 months / Contract
Experience Desired: 8
Responsibilities:
- 6 years of development experience Control M Expertise in DataStage Zena Scheduler Unix scripting Strong in DW basic concepts To be able to work with cloud computing environments Gather and process raw data at scale (including writing scripts web scraping calling APIs write SQL queries etc. Designed developed and implemented ControlM workflows to automate batch processes resulting in increased efficiency and reduced manual errors.
- Conducted troubleshooting and debugging of ControlM workflows to identify and resolve issues minimizing downtime and maximizing system reliability.
- Experience on various ControlM utilities like ctmmenurootmenu ctmagcfg ctmwincfg ctmpsmctmlogagdiagcommctmcontbctmcreatectmfw ctmorder ctmudly ctmadatacollector Working Knowledge of ControlM/Servers ControlM/Agents ControlM EM main components like Database Gateway GUI Server Naming Service and Global Condition Server (GCS). Excellent communication skills and team dynamics
