About Rivero

Rivero is a successful fintech scaleup founded in early 2019. We are on a mission to enable banks and financial institutions to automate complex processes most simply and efficiently. In this way banks can focus on delighting their customers with streamlined digital interfaces. We fall into both the #FinTech and the #RegTech domain.

We have steadily grown our customer base and reached breakeven in 2023. At the beginning of 2024 we closed a series A funding round enabling us to accelerate our growth. We are looking for an ambitious and driven person to join us for the exciting phase ahead of us.

Tasks

Your future responsibilities

Office management

  • Help organise and maintain a nice office space
  • Organise furniture for new joiners
  • Manage office services suppliers and cleaning services
  • Coordinate issues with the landlord (e.g. broken dishwasher)
  • Be the Rivero POC within the building and align with other tenants within the building
  • Ensure snacks and drinks are stacked up
  • Prepare meeting rooms for customer visits
  • Ensure the office layout is functional and meets employee needs
  • Address employee issues and foster a positive work environment

Event Planning

  • Coordinating office events
  • Plan and manage internal company academy session
  • Organise teambuilding activities
  • Support marketing with customer event planning
  • Organise our two company events per year (summer party and year kickoff)

Administrative Duties

  • Assisting with hiring processes by posting job ads organising interviews etc.
  • Help manage schedules coordinate meetings and appointments
  • Book and organise employee travel (e.g. book hotels flights etc.)
  • Help organise digital files and drives
  • Take care of the new joiner mover and leaver process
  • Maintain our internal documentation and staff pages
  • Identify and recommend improvements to operational processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Keep employee records up to date
  • Track birthdays and employment anniversaries

Product Support

  • Support product teams with Inputting and updating information in our software product every week (PDF/HTML to formatted text)
  • Help with customer support tickets
  • Help customer success with requesting customer feedback

  • Being flexible and open to change in a dynamic work environment
