Job Description

Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Intern you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to the organization. You will be responsible for supporting the fullcycle recruitment process and ensuring the seamless integration of new hires into the companys culture and values. This role is essential for building and maintaining a highperforming team that drives the success and growth of the organization.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation and implementation of recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
  • Conduct initial resume screenings to identify potential candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews with hiring managers and team members.
  • Assist in conducting thorough interviews to assess candidates qualifications and fit for the role and company culture.
  • Support the candidate assessment and selection process including reference checks and background verification.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Contribute to the development of job descriptions and job postings that effectively communicate the companys values and culture.
  • Act as a brand ambassador during all phases of the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Assist in building and maintaining talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent to the organization.
  • Assist in the coordination of recruitment events career fairs and campus hiring initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support various HR and talent acquisition projects as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.

Required qualifications

  • Pursuing a Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with interviewing techniques and assessment methods.
  • A proactive and selfmotivated approach to learning and problemsolving.
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated passion for talent acquisition and human resources.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Previous internship or work experience in HR or talent acquisition is a plus.
  • Experience with employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment is an advantage.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
