Overview:
The Human Resource role is crucial to the organization as it involves managing the most important asset people. HR professionals are responsible for recruiting training and retaining employees as well as ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. They play a key role in fostering a positive work environment and supporting the overall business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process including creating job descriptions sourcing candidates and conducting interviews
- Manage employee relations including conflict resolution disciplinary actions and grievance procedures
- Administer and manage HRIS (Human Resource Information System) to ensure accurate and timely recordkeeping
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Develop and monitor overall HR policies and procedures
- Conduct training needs assessment and coordinate learning and development initiatives
- Assess employee performance and provide feedback coaching and support
- Administer employee benefit programs and ensure competitive and costeffective packages
- Handle employee onboarding orientation and exit processes
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in human resource management
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
- Professional HR certification (e.g. SHRMCP PHR) preferred
- Proven experience as an HR professional
- Thorough knowledge of employmentrelated laws and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment
