Role & Responsibilities
  • Actively engaging with Clevel / CXOlevel executives from organizations with over 1000 employees.
  • Effectively presenting our Enterprise recruitment and talent engagement solutions.
  • Building and managing relationships with prospects ensuring regular followups.
  • Conceptualizing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive sales volume.

Ideal Candidate
  • Demonstrates sales aptitude and is assertive persistent good listener and selfmotivated.
  • Has excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Is selfconfident with the ability to work well in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Is analytically strong with excellent problemsolving skills.
  • Is able to work independently as well as with the team.
