Data Analyst Analysis TraineeEntry Level

• Analyze financial data using Alteryx Excel Power BI to identify trends patterns and insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for finance teams.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and deliver highquality reports on time.
• Conduct regular audits of financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Provide expertlevel support in data analytics projects related to finance.
• Managing master data including creation updates and deletion.
• Managing users and user roles.
• Provde quality assurance of imported data working with quality assurance analysts if necessary.
• Commissioning and decommissioning of data sets.
• Processing confidential data and information according to guidelines.
• Helping develop reports and analysis.
• Managing and designing the reporting environment including data sources security and metadata.
• Supporting the data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting requirements.
• Supporting initiatives for data integrity and normalization.
• Assessing tests and implementing new or upgraded software and assisting with strategic decisions on new systems.

• Strong proficiency in advanced Excel skills including macros development.
• Experience with Alteryx Power BI Tableau or other business intelligence tools is an added advantage.
• Bachelors degree in Finance or related field; MBA/CFA/CPA certification preferred.
