CGI Intern

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating 3D models and animations for projects.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute innovative ideas for CGI projects.
• Conduct research to support the development of visual concepts and designs.
• Collaborate with the CGI team to meet project deadlines and deliverables.
• Learn and apply industrystandard CGI software and tools.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of CGI techniques and processes.
• Support the production team in rendering and compositing tasks.
• Assist in quality control to ensure the accuracy and visual appeal of CGI content.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to project discussions.
• Take direction from senior CGI artists and contribute to their projects.

Required Qualifications:

• Pursuing a degree in Computer Animation Visual Effects or related field.
• Demonstrated proficiency in CGI software such as Autodesk Maya Cinema 4D or Blender.
• Strong understanding of 3D modeling texturing and rendering principles.
• Basic knowledge of compositing and visual effects techniques.
• Excellent problemsolving abilities to address technical challenges in CGI projects.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• Basic understanding of lighting and shading in CGI.
• Portfolio showcasing CGI or animation projects is a plus.
• Passion for staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in CGI.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a dynamic production environment.
