Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Inside Sales Team Leader to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales exceptional leadership skills and a passion for education. As an Inside Sales Team Leader you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives driving revenue growth and ensuring the delivery of outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and Manage Sales Team:
- Recruit train and mentor a highperforming team of inside sales representatives.
- Set clear sales targets and provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback.
- Foster a positive and motivating team environment to achieve individual and team goals.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Monitor sales metrics and KPIs analyze performance data and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Ensure timely followup on leads inquiries and customer requests.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular sales reports forecasts and performance analyses for senior management.
- Use datadriven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree
- Minimum of 23 years of experience in sales with at least 12 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Passion for education and a commitment to helping others achieve their goals.
