Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our travel sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets by promoting package tours and accommodations negotiating contracts with travel service providers and supervising the sales team to ensure goals are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve Sales Targets: Promote package tours and accommodations to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with travel service providers to maximize revenue and ensure favorable terms.
- Team Supervision: Lead and supervise the sales team providing guidance and support to ensure individual and team goals are met.
- Booking and Reconciliation: Manage ticket bookings reconcile expenses and prepare accurate sales reports.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience (35 years) in travel sales and management.
- Skills: Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
- Knowledge: Indepth knowledge of travel packages destinations and accommodations.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Team Management: Ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.
- Technology: Proficiency in travel management software and MS Office Suite.
