Job Description
Manage backend planning booking and coordination for wildlife group tours customized tours and nature trails. Ensure value accuracy and customer satisfaction to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Responsibilities:
- Tour Resources Booking: Arrange travel accommodation safaris guides and activities.
- Tour Coordination: Facilitate smooth communication with tour leaders and travelers before during and after tours.
- Resource Development: Identify new accommodations service providers and develop new tour itineraries.
- Documentation: Prepare tour itineraries files and expense sheets.
- Communication: Maintain connections with members via email social media WhatsApp and calls.
- Vendor Management: Source and manage vendors for communitybased activities.
Attributes:
- Confident composed and willing to learn
- Multitasking and organized with attention to detail
- Good communication skills (oral email social media)
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficient in MS Office
Requirements:
- 23 years experience in tourism backoffice operations
- Fulltime position at Nirmal Corporate Centre Mulund West
- Probation: 3 months
- Working hours: Monday to Saturday 10 am to 7 pm (2 Saturdays off per month)
