Job Description:
- Contacting Potential clients Architects Contractors to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Increasing client base Sales & revenue by self & by team.
- Coordinate with Operations & Commercial departments to ensure timely supply of orders & smooth function of action in the system.
- Collecting Payments as per company s terms raising timely RA bills & achieving Nil Bad Debt.
- Developing growth strategies and plans Prepare Business Plan on business design structure process and operating plans
- Coordinate prepare & launch new products for the assigned market(s) with cooperation of the respective sales department in the respective regions
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
- Researching organisations and individuals to find new opportunities
- Increasing the value of current customers while attractive new ones
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales
- Attending conferences meetings and industry events
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring the are met
- Develop strategies and positions by analysing new venture integration
- Training personnel and helping team develop their skills
Task & Activities:
- Category wise Contractor Architect Structural Architect PMC Govt. Projects Hospitals Airports Institutes Activity
- Marketing to generate leads create database & followups
- Leads followup meeting presentation negotiation and order confirmation
- Advance payment collection Billing (Materials Dispatch) & payment followup / Payment Collection Site work progress and raising RA bills and getting the payment.
- Spending 2 hours per day on calling up the decision makers of the target customer to set up Sales Meetings and maintain the sales pipeline
- Preparing for meetings via structured research about target client
- Meeting at least 2 new and 2 existing decision makers of the target customer on a daily basis
- Understand the current NDP of the customer
- Create presentation based on client NDP.
- Follow up & Negotiate WinWinWin deals
- Being the communication bridge between the prospective client and the operations team from contract to the life cycle of the customer
