Inside Sales Executive

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English & Hindi (to communicate with clients and close deals)
• Familiarity with social networking (to generate leads and build brand awareness)
• Ability to schedule appointments with customers (to initiate sales conversations)
• Good presentation skills and ability to convince customers (to effectively present products and close deals)
• Cold Calling Lead Generation and Market Research (to identify potential customers and generate leads)
• Create qualified leads and pipeline (to filter and qualify leads for sales outreach)

• Familiarity with MS Outlook MS Word and MS Excel (basic productivity tools for everyday tasks)
• Knowledge about IT CRM ERP Enterprise mobile application (understanding of the technology products youre selling)
• Capable enough to understand IT products like CRM or ERP and able to give a detailed demo to customer (ability to explain and showcase the technical features of the products)
• Knowledge in Technology Freight Forwarding and Storage & Relocation (domain knowledge specific to the industry youre selling in)
