Job Description
This is a remote position.
Azure Cloud Engineer
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 36 years
As an Azure Cloud Engineer you will play a key role in designing implementing and managing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) solutions Azure Backup Azure Site Recovery (ASR) Azure Monitor and related technologies. Your expertise in Azure PowerShell and Terraform will be instrumental in automating and optimizing cloud infrastructure deployments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design deploy and manage Microsoft Azure IaaS solutions to meet client requirements.
- Implement and maintain Azure Backup and Azure Site Recovery (ASR) solutions to ensure data protection and disaster recovery readiness.
- Configure and monitor Azure resources using Azure Monitor and other relevant tools to ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design and implement cloudbased solutions that align with client objectives.
- Develop and maintain infrastructureascode (IaC) templates using Azure PowerShell and Terraform to automate deployment and management tasks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Azure cloud services ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
- Stay current with Azure updates best practices and industry trends to continuously improve our cloud services offerings.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members as needed.
- Participate in oncall rotation for critical support issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 36 years of handson experience in designing implementing and managing Microsoft Azure cloud solutions.
- Proficiency in Azure services such as Azure IaaS Azure Backup Azure Site Recovery and Azure Monitor.
- Strong scripting and automation skills using Azure PowerShell and Terraform.
- Experience with infrastructureascode (IaC) practices and tools.
- Knowledge of cloud security best practices and compliance standards.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Azure certifications (e.g. Azure Administrator Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus.
- Familiarity with other cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Google Cloud) is a bonus.

JASHTML Server manager, Web services, Webserver, Enterprise server, environments, etc. Good hands on experience of JDE Upgrade activities like performance of tools release upgrade, upgrading different environments, Surface testing, application release upgrade, etc. User role management, JDE Security management, Task views, CDK tool, Environment copy, etc. Package deployment, Job scheduling in AS400 Universe Atomic JDE Scheduler tools Web client and Fat client management ESUASU management Expertise in Data source management Object configurations mappings Working knowledge on custom path code definition and environments, Job queue, Printer setups Infrastructure setups like Network access, Firewall, installation of mandatory softwares"
