Insurance Estimating Specialist

Location: Workfromhome for talent residing near the Milwaukee WI or Chicago IL areas only

Compensation: $60000 annual salary depending on experience plus bonus potential

ROOFING & SIDING INSURANCE ESTIMATING SPECIALIST RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create detailed and accurate roofing and siding estimates for residential projects utilizing industrystandard software including Xactimate and Symbility/CoreLogic
• Manage insurance claims by liaising with insurance carriers and partners ensuring efficient communication and adherence to program requirements
• Oversee and update records in AccuLynx Roofing CRM to maintain accurate project details and estimations
• Collaborate with internal Project Managers/Sales Teams providing support during inspections and translating findings into comprehensive estimates
• Act as a key point of contact for insurancerelated matters following up with carriers and facilitating a smooth estimation process
• Manage multiple Managed Repair Programs including Sedgwick Contractor Connection Lionsbridge Westhill and more
• Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance companies and external partners
• No job site travel is required since will provide estimates based on photos taken by our Project Managers/Sales Team
• Provide regular reports and updates on estimating activities to the Regional Sales Leader

ROOFING & SIDING INSURANCE ESTIMATING SPECIALIST REQUIREMENTS:

• 2 years experience with residential roofing and siding insurance claims estimation required
• Must know Xactimate and/or Symbility/CoreLogic software specifically
• Prior experience as a roofing and/or siding Insurance Adjuster Estimator or similar role is highly preferred
• Knowledge of building codes in Wisconsin a plus
• Former or current Insurance Adjusters License is a plus
• Strong computer and phone skills are required. Will be required to document the project and heavily use our insurance claims estimating software and internal CRM.
• Good written and verbal communication skills including building relationships with internal sales teams and external partners/insurance companies
