MANDATORY KRAs and Key Activities
Lead the Employee Data Management team for providing services within the defined SLAs.
Serve as the primary interface with Business HR for the support and maintenance of employee data in HR systems by collecting structuring analyzing and reporting on Employee Life Cycle Processes and data.
Supporting in charting out corrective measures for meeting process performance levels/SLAs in consultation with Process Leads & Business HR
Identify process improvement opportunities in Shared Services processes and plan for stakeholder engagement along with defining dashboards for improvement actions creation of standard and adhoc reports tools and dashboards
