YOUR DAILY JOB

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of the projects
• Ensure that the project is delivered ontime within scope and within budget
• Monitor during the project the resources availability and adequacy
• Develop and update as needed a project document list based on contractual requirements assigning the resources and defining the engineering milestones
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Develop a procurement plan to monitor inquiries progress and feed the internal Procurement Department
• Be the focal point for clients for all the contractual commercial and schedulerelated matters
• Manage changes to the project scope project schedule and project costs using appropriate tools
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Perform risk management to minimize potential risks
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors as needed
• Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members individual strengths skill sets and experience levels
• Track project performance specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and longterm goals
• Develop comprehensive project execution plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
• Use and continually develop leadership skills
• Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency
• Perform other related duties as assigned
• Develop spreadsheets diagrams and process maps to document needs

YOUR PROFILE

• Proven working experience in project management
• Excellent clientfacing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Experience with project management software tools
• Availability for traveling for short periods mainly for meeting with clients
