Job Description
Academic qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in management, security, business administration, or related field. A master's degree may be preferred in some cases.
Experiences and Skills:
Experience in managing loss prevention, security and safety programs.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate systems and processes and develop protection strategies.
Leadership skills:
Ability to direct and motivate work teams to implement loss prevention strategies.
Effective communication skills and the ability to build working relationships with all levels of the company.
