• Support with managing training concepts and material e.g. (update research translate and design using tools like Miro and Canva)
• Help in preparing briefing documentation for managing the external trainers
• Handle customer and user care processes (support tickets and workshop facilitation support)
• Collaborate proactively with the product team to identify and manage improvement opportunities
• Be part of and support implementing a new LMS system for our Learners

Your profile

• Currently an enrolled Bachelors or Masters student in a relevant field (Business/ Management).
• Possess excellent written and spoken German and English skills (C1 in both languages).
• Demonstrate relevant internship experience in consulting/IT/B2B startups
• Detailoriented structured and able to navigate complexity
• Passionate and curious about agile and innovative ways of designing and managing upskilling initiatives.
• Have an interest in technology and fundamental knowledge of Business Process Automation and AI.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
