For the international scaling of our hunting app MyHunt / Jagdgefhrte we are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team.

Our young team consists of 14 (and growing) talented people with a passion for new technologies and sustainable hunting.

Were looking for a techsavvy Customer Success/Account Manager with a drive for building relationships and finding solutions. As the lead member of our Customer Success Team youll be able to take ownership of this important area of the business and further build on existing frameworks to take things to the next level. Your sphere of influence will include maintaining customer relationships networking implementing success programs contributing to sales onboarding and training clients and minimizing churn. Youll be asked for your insights on clienttobusiness interactions how you think we can improve the customer experience through product support and how best to handle customer queries and requests.

Our Customer Success Manager must be social and analytical possess an aptitude for learning and using new software and be able to communicate clearly and effectively. The ideal CSM will engage with customers maximize value and create strategies to grow our customer base.

Tasks

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Take complete ownership of Customer Success ensuring users are supported and successful from discovery to conversion and beyond.
  • Own postdiscovery relationships with our existing and new customers with contributions to growing MRR and ARR (monthly/annual recurring revenue)
  • Help improve customer experience through data analysis
  • Lead the creation of tutorials and communications
  • Maximize customer retention
  • Aid in innovative product design and development
  • Seek new opportunities to educate and grow our potential user base

Requirements

Your Profile:

  • You have 2 years experience working in a Customer Success role in a B2C app or software based company OR within the hunting industry.
  • A demonstrable experience in improving Customer Success metrics in previous roles.
  • The tasks within Your Tasks and Responsibilities are not new to you instead you are fully confident in them.
  • Furthermore you have experience in CRM & Customer Service software (we use customer.io and Zendesk) reporting software (we use Singular & Mixpanel amongst others) and Microsoft Office.
  • You love new technologies and want to help create the best wildlife management/hunting app.
  • You work proactively have an independent way of working as well as a pronounced handson mentality.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and German (French and/or Spanish a major bonus).
  • Ideally you have some hunting knowledge or are willing to learn how hunting contributes to conservation.
  • Reliability adherence to deadlines and conscientious work are part of your strengths.
  • You are located in or next to Munich (home office possible multiple days a week once onboarded but we prefer to regularly work together in our office).
