We are seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant you will provide crucial support to ensure efficient office operations. Your responsibilities will include handling administrative tasks coordinating schedules organizing meetings and appointments and assisting with daily office needs. The ideal candidate is proactive professional and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Arrange and coordinate seminars conferences etc.
- Plan and control budget and expenditures
- Supervise and amp; train other employees.
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines
- Schedule and confirm Appointments; Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages.
- Answer electronic enquiries.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Arrange travel related itineraries and make reservations.
- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas.
- Type and proofread correspondence forms and other documents.
- Perform data entry; provide customer service
- Assign coordinate and review projects and programs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant Virtual Assistant or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
