HR Administration
Assist with updating the Employee Handbook and HR Procedures Manual.
Assist with COVID-19 mitigation protocols, including contract tracing, as needed
Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
Serve as back up for the payroll and benefits processing.
Provide ongoing support to HR Director, Payroll & HR Managers, supervisors, and management
Support FMLA management and workers compensation.
Prepare confidential reports and correspondence.
Participate in special projects as required.
Maintain general HR files.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business, HR Management, or related field preferred.
A minimum of 5 years of Human Resources experience that includes in recruitment, training and development, a working knowledge of state and federal labor, and employee relations.
SHRM-CP and/or PHR certification preferred.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail and proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to learn and implement new systems and approaches that enhance productivity and culture.
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Knowledge of and enthusiasm to learn employment-related laws and regulations.
Proficiency with HRIS and talent management systems, using ADP Workforce Now is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
