Jewellery sales Executive

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet customers in a warm and friendly manner.
  
• Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable jewellery pieces.
  
• Effectively showcase the features and benefits of our jewellery collections.
  
• Assist customers with trying on jewellery and answer any questions they may have.
  
• Upsell and crosssell additional jewellery items or services.
  
• Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
  
• Maintain a clean and organized sales area.
  
• Achieve set sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the store.
  
• Participate in inventory management and stock maintenance.
  
• Stay updated on jewellery trends and company policies.
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum Graduate degree (any discipline) is preferred.
  
• 12 years of experience in sales retail or a similar customer service role (advantageous).
  
• Excellent communication interpersonal and persuasion skills.
  
• Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly about jewellery.
  
• A genuine passion for jewellery and the fashion industry.
  
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  
• Targetoriented with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals (if applicable).
  
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  
• Proficiency in Hindi and English (written and spoken).
