Business Analyst Initiative Owner

Were on the lookout for a talented Business Analyst / Initiative Owner to lead this exciting project.

Role Overview:

• Gather analyze and document business stakeholder solution and transition requirements.
  
• Collaborate closely with product owners architects and domain experts to align business and technology strategies and ensure consistency in knowledge sharing across projects.
  
• Design new business processes and define detailed product requirements and use cases.
  
• Define metrics and performance goals in collaboration with the project manager and team members.
  
• Translate requirements into test conditions and support testing phases.
  
• Ensure requirements traceability and participate in quality management reviews.
  
• Drive the business analysis effort throughout the project lifecycle.
  
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to prioritize dependencies and ensure successful solution delivery.
  
• Act as a liaison between the project team and business community.
  

Requirements

Language Proficiency:

• Dutch: Strong written and spoken communication skills
  
• French: Strong written and spoken communication skills
  
• English: Strong written and spoken communication skills
  

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
  
• Strong technical background with expertise in conceptual modeling MS Office IT and testing.
  
• Experience in requirements management is essential.
  
• Business acumen with knowledge of workflow processes and CRMrelated projects.
  
• Experience as a Project Manager is advantageous.
