QA Manager

• Ensures quality and food safety awareness is established and maintained throughout the organization.
  
• Ensures food legislative and legality requirements are established and complied at all levels (including the food legislation of the country where the product is sold).
  
• To be responsible for any deviations customer complaints and report effectiveness of the Food Safety System
  
• Ensures FSSC22000/1SO22000/WSEP/HACCP/SNI audits are performed and results are reported to Top Management for review and continual improvement. Ensures corrective action against audit findings is effectively implemented and timely.
  
• Responsible to review the hazard analysis HACCP & OPRP plan summary.
  
• To monitor pest activities and ensure appropriate action being carried out to reduce pest activity sighted.
  
• To liaise with relevant parties on any material issues or related issue.
  
• To ensure all raw materials comply with food legislation and legality requirements.
  
• To followup with purchasing on the supplier Corrective Action Request and verify the effectiveness of the corrective action taken.
  
• Conduct new supplier/raw material risk assessment and raw material supplier onsite audits.
  
• To carry out any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the superior from time to time.
  

Requirements

• Tertiary education in related fields
  
• At least 3 years of experience
