Job Description
1. Safety Inspections and Audits: - Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of construction sites to identify potential hazards. - Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
2. Training and Education: - Develop and deliver safety training programs for construction personnel, including new hires and ongoing refresher courses. - Educate employees on safe work practices and the proper use of safety equipment.
3. Incident Investigation and Reporting: - Assist in the investigation of accidents, injuries, and near-misses to determine their causes and prevent recurrence. - Prepare detailed reports of findings and implement corrective actions.
