The Claims and Contract Senior Officer plays a vital role in supporting the efficient and effective management of claims and contracts within the organization. This individual will collaborate with the Claims and Contract Manager to ensure compliance with contractual obligations, mitigate risk exposure, and resolve claims promptly and fairly. They will also provide expertise in contract drafting, negotiation, claims investigation, and data analysis.
