Associate (Admin)
Responsibilities:
Perform central repository of official letters and correspondences by filing of documents and maintenance of records for easy retrieval and accurate documentation to facilitate
information flow.
Prepare Management Papers, Memos and Minutes of meeting/Matters Arising
Prepare Global forum speaking presentation slides and notes.
Follow-up and coordination of tasks with internal and external stakeholders
Keeping track of stationery inventory
Any other ad hoc duties assigned.
Requirements
Diploma in Business Administration or related studies with at least 3 years of relevant experience
Knowledge of office management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong time management and organizational skills
Proficient in MS Office Applications which includes Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
