Job Description
- In the inspiration phase, they help the business in identifying the right use cases and support prioritization based on feasibility and value.
- In the ideation phase, they help with the prototyping and development of a minimum viable product (MVP) and associated business case (estimated cost and benefits of the MVP when moved to production). They also help identify and explore new data sources and analytical methods.
- During the implementation phase, they make sure the service or product is adopted (by the employees), embedded in the workflow (process) and measured for impact (revisit business case and continue value tracking), and shared with the rest of the organization where applicable.
