Job Description
Job Title: Account Executive
Location: Delhi Pitampura
Working Days: Monday Saturday
Working Hours: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM
Job Description:
Evarastaffing is seeking a diligent and experienced Account Executive to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have 23 years of experience in accounting and must be proficient in Tally.
Key Responsibilities:
Invoicing: Manage all invoicing activities ensuring accuracy and timely dispatch.
Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP): Oversee AR and AP processes ensuring efficient payment and collection processes.
Cash Handling: Handle cash transactions and ensure all cash activities are accurately recorded in Tally.
Transaction Management: Manage all financial transactions ensuring they are entered correctly in Tally.
General Accounting: Perform all general accounting duties including reconciliations ledger maintenance and financial reporting.
Requirements:
Experience: 23 years of experience as an Account Executive.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tally is mandatory.
Skills: Strong attention to detail excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Availability: Immediate joiners are preferred.
Salary: INRper month
