Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented HR Recruiter with up to 2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle from identifying potential candidates to interviewing and onboarding new hires. This role requires excellent communication skills strong organizational abilities and a keen eye for identifying talent that aligns with our company values and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition:
Source and attract candidates by using databases social media and job portals.
Conduct job analysis and create job descriptions that attract the right talent.
Manage and update the company s career page and job postings.
2. Screening and Interviewing:
Review and screen incoming resumes and job applications.
Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates qualifications and fit for the role.
Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers and team leaders.
3. Candidate Relationship Management:
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Keep candidates informed about their application status and next steps.
4. Onboarding and Induction:
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires including preparing offer letters and employment contracts.
Organize and conduct orientation sessions to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
5. Data Management and Reporting:
Maintain accurate and uptodate records of recruitment activities in the HR database.
Prepare recruitment reports and analyze hiring metrics to improve recruitment efficiency.
6. Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with department managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Communicate effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
7. Employer Branding:
Promote the company s reputation as a great place to work by participating in job fairs career events and other recruitment activities.
Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
