Job Description

Our client is a world s leading outsourcing company providing services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. They create inclusive and differentiated teams of experts providing help for customers across many other professional domains.
About the project:
You will be working for Netflix a subscriptionbased streaming service that allows our members to watch TV shows and movies on an internetconnected device.
Your Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Troubleshoot and resolve streaming issues
- Provide information on subscription plans
- Assist with account management and billing
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higherlevel support teams
What you will need:
- Fluent level of German language
- Good level of English language
- Communication skills
Offer:
- Salary of 1300 gross x 14 months
- Monthly Performance Bonus up to: up to 10% of the base salary
- Paid holidays at higher rates according to Greek law

- Fully remote work
- Fulltime fixedterm Greek contract
