About the project:
You will be supporting Dutchspeaking clients of Paypal GR an online payment platform that allows individuals and businesses to make and receive payments securely over the internet. It offers a convenient way to send money shop online and manage transactions without sharing financial information making it a popular alternative to traditional banking methods.
Your Responsibilities:
- Listening to customers questions and concerns providing the best possible answers and solutions;
- Troubleshooting regarding orders deliveries payments and returns;
- Providing information about products;
- Escalating and rerouting the necessary matters and issues to other departments.
What you will need:
- Fluent level of Dutch language
- Good level of English language
- Communication skills
Offer:
- Salary of 1500 gross x 14 months
- Performance Bonus up to: 150 gross per month
