Job Description

Overview

The Business Development Executive plays a crucial role in driving the growth and success of the organization by identifying new business opportunities building strategic partnerships and expanding the companys customer base.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities through market research and analysis
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners
  • Create and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business targets
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients to maximize profitability
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies
  • Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities
  • Participate in the development of new products and services based on market demands
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitors activities
  • Work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure client satisfaction
  • Contribute to the development of the organizations business development strategy
  • Continuous learning and skill enhancement to stay competitive in the market

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field
  • Proven track record of successful business development and sales experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Good understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to travel as needed
  • Experience in the relevant industry or market is a plus
  • Professional certification in sales or business development is desirable
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and ecommerce trends is a plus
  • Proactive and resultoriented mindset
