Tour Consultant

• Book train flight transportation accommodation safaris guides and activities for wildlife group tours customized tours and nature trails.
• Coordinate with tour leaders and travelers predeparture during the tour and posttour to ensure smooth operations.
• Explore and develop relationships with accommodations and service providers to build new tour itineraries.
• Prepare tour itineraries tour files and expense sheets.
• Maintain communication with members via Email Social Media WhatsApp and calls.
• Source and manage vendor data for communitybased activities.

• Confident composed and willing to learn.
• Excellent multitasking and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills (oral email social media).
• Good customer service skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

• Minimum 23 years of experience in tourism back office operations.
• Fulltime position probation period of 3 months.
• Working hours: Monday to Saturday 10 am to 7 pm. Sunday off. 2 Saturdays off per month.
