Job Description

Overview

The Business Head at our Marketing Agency is a key leadership role responsible for driving the overall business strategy growth and profitability. This position plays a crucial part in leading and managing the marketing team while driving business development and client retention initiatives. The Business Head will be instrumental in setting and achieving revenue targets shaping marketing strategies and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of the marketing agencys business strategies and plans
  • Drive new business development through proactive client engagement and acquisition
  • Oversee the performance and growth of the marketing team providing guidance and support
  • Set and achieve revenue targets while effectively managing budget and resources
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive client success
  • Monitor market trends competitor activities and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities
  • Ensure highquality delivery of marketing services that meet or exceed client expectations
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to optimize operational efficiency and client satisfaction
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide mentorship and training to team members
  • Analyze business performance data and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and implement relevant advancements within the agency
  • Monitor and uphold compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards
  • Represent the agency at industry events conferences and relevant networking opportunities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Business Head Business Development Manager or similar leadership role within a marketing agency
  • Demonstrated track record of successful business development and revenue growth
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies consumer behavior and industry trends
  • Exceptional leadership abilities with a focus on team motivation and talent development
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with a datadriven approach
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities with a clientcentric mindset
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and results
  • Demonstrated experience in managing budgets forecasting and financial analysis
  • Proven ability to build and maintain longterm client relationships while delivering exceptional service
  • Proficiency in MS Office CRM software and other relevant business tools
  • Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of the marketing and advertising industry
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment while driving business growth
  • Professional certifications in marketing business management or related fields are a plus
  • Flexibility to travel as needed and attend industry events and client meetings
