Job Description
Zifcare is looking to fill the position for Vice President of Leasing.
About Zifcare: Our client is a reputable real estate asset management firm based in NCR with a portfolio managing over $900M worth of assets.
Responsibilities:
- Devise and implement effective leasing strategies to optimize occupancy rates and rental income for the companys property portfolio
- Identify new business opportunities and foster client relationships to expand the companys market presence
- Oversee the leasing process from marketing vacant spaces to executing lease agreements ensuring a seamless experience for tenants
- Work closely with the broker network to enhance leasing velocity and close transactions for real estate assets
- Mentor and manage the leasing team offering guidance training and feedback to drive performance
- Collaborate with property management for tenant onboarding and addressing leasingrelated issues
- Analyze market trends competition and tenant demand to adapt leasing strategies as necessary
- Present leasing reports and forecasts to senior management and the board of directors
- Represent the company at industry events conferences and networking functions
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in commercial leasing particularly in the coworking or flexible office space domain
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills with tenants brokers and internal stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problemsolving capabilities utilizing market data for informed decisionmaking
- Proficiency in real estate software and tools including property management systems and lease administration software
- Effective leadership and team management abilities to motivate and lead a team of leasing professionals
- Thorough understanding of local state and federal real estate laws and regulations
Compensation: INR 3540 lakhs per annum
Location: Onsite in Noida
Reporting Manager: Chief Operating Officer (COO)
