We are seeking an efficient and detailoriented Insurance Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills indepth knowledge of insurance policies and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The Insurance Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations effective client management and timely execution of policy management and claims processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate effectively with clients insurance companies and TPAs
Demonstrate indepth knowledge of Group Mediclaim Group Personal Accident Workmen Compensation and Group Term Life policies
Manage policy additions and deletions under Group Mediclaim policies
Coordinate with clients insurance companies and TPAs to ensure seamless operations
Handle Group Mediclaim claims and procedures
Ensure timely and accurate execution of policy management and claims processes
Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
Work efficiently under pressure and possess strong problemsolving skills
Provide exceptional customer service
