Job Description

Overview:

The Client Relationship Associate plays a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the relationships between the organization and its clients. They are responsible for ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction ultimately contributing to the companys success by retaining and expanding the client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Understanding client needs and proposing solutions or services.
  • Addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Managing client portfolios and identifying opportunities to upsell or crosssell.
  • Preparing and delivering regular reports and updates to clients.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to retain and grow the client base.
  • Monitoring industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Assisting in the onboarding of new clients.
  • Ensuring compliance with all client agreements and contracts.
  • Participating in client meetings and presentations.
  • Handling any escalated client issues or complaints.
  • Contributing to the development of client retention plans.
  • Providing feedback to the organization based on client interactions.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to identify new business opportunities.

Required Qualifications:
