Genrobotics is currently seeking talented Embedded Engineers to join our team. As a key member you will be responsible for designing developing and testing the hardware components of our different projects and its subsystems. You will collaborate with software engineers and firmware developers to create innovative embedded systems that meet
project requirements and bring our hardware to life. Your work will directly impact the performance and reliability of our projects and your innovative contributions will play a vital role in advancing technological advancements in our products.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Design develop and test embedded hardware solutions for microcontrollerbased systems
- Select evaluate and integrate microcontrollers sensors and other hardware components.
- Handson involvement in designing and prototyping hardware solutions including schematic design PCB layout component selection & optimization and testing.
- Develop lowlevel drivers for hardware peripherals and communication protocols (I2C I2S SPI etc.).
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate software with microcontroller hardware (e.g. STM32 TI NXP ).
- Develop and implement embedded software solutions for microcontrollerbased systems using C/C.
- Design and debug lowvoltage circuits including power supplies voltage regulation and motor control. (Experience with PWM a plus).
- Interface various sensors motors actuators and encoders with microcontrollers.
- Conduct thorough unit testing and participate in systemlevel integration testing.
- Optimize designs for performance power consumption and costeffectiveness.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardwarerelated issues during development and testing.
- Participate in testing and validation of hardware systems to ensure reliability and performance
- Prepare detailed design documentation specifications and test reports to ensure clarity and traceability of the development process..
- Ensure hardware designs comply with safety quality and regulatory standards.
- Effectively communicate with team members to ensure project success.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Holds a Bachelors degree in Electronics Engineering/ Computer Engineering or a related field.
- Strong programming experience and demonstrated proficiency in C/C
- Handson experience in ARM 32bit microcontrollers (like STM32 TI NXP are desirable).
- Embedded Hardware Designing (should be capable of designing and debug low
- voltage circuits which includes microcontroller PWM power supply voltage
- regulation mA load regulations etc.).
- Hardware designing (desirable knowledge in circuit designing of low voltage
- application & communication protocol oriented circuits).
- Candidate should have experience in interfacing various sensors motors actuators
encoders etc. with any microcontrollers.
- Wellversed in standard communication protocols (e.g. I2C I2S SPI UDP...).
- Handson experience in Embedded C programming is a plus.
- Candidate should have experience in designing low voltage wiring harness able to
design & calculate the load requirement based on the various loads.
- Capable of deciphering and interpreting technical schematics and datasheets
- (Advantageous) Possess knowledge of PCB designing and layout.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
