- Lead Generation and Conversion:
- Social Media Marketing Leads:
- Call leads generated through social media marketing efforts.
- Convert leads into business by effectively communicating our services.
Industrial Area Visits:
- Conduct doortodoor visits in industrial areas to find new leads.
- Engage with potential clients to create business opportunities.
Performance Module:
- Achieve a 60% lead conversion rate.
- Provide a detailed action plan for the remaining 40% of leads that were not converted.
Service Knowledge:
- Understand and effectively communicate our key points of services:
- Restoration with Modern Technology: Highlight the use of advanced technology for floor restoration.
- Zero Noise and Zero Dirt: Emphasize the noiseless and dustfree nature of the service.
- Speedy Work: Showcase the efficiency completing tasks in 15% of the time required by traditional methods.
Client Engagement:
- Encourage and convert leads through both online and offline advertisements.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Reporting and Action Planning:
- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and status updates.
- Develop and implement action plans for leads that could not be closed identifying potential areas for improvement.
Performance Metrics:
- Lead Conversion Rate.
- Achieve a minimum of 60% closure rate on all leads.
- Action Plan Development:
- Provide actionable feedback and plans for the 40% of leads not converted.
