Junior Service Delivery Manager

1. Develop complete project plans including goals objectives deliverables timelines and resource allocation.

2. Lead project teams assign tasks monitor progress and ensure adherence to project schedules and milestones.

3. Define project scope manage changes and proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.

4. Establish effective communication channels with clients team members and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are understood and expectations are managed. Interact with domestic and international stakeholders.

5. Monitor project expenditures track costs and ensure projects are delivered within the allocated budget.

6. Implement quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet the required standards while coordinating and working with the QA team.

7. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular project status reports document project progress decisions and lessons learned for future reference.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in business or related field

3 years of project management experience

Handson experience with managing clients and teams

Strong written verbal and presentation skills

Proven experience in managing multiple concurrent technical projects

Be communicative and social assertive and enthusiastic

Adaptability to work in rotational shifts if needed

Critical thinking and problemsolving skills

Organizational and attention to detail.

Working knowledge of project management software

Professional Certifications such as ITIL PMIACP CSM Project PRINCE2 or PMP
