Job Description
Responsibilities:
* Design and Implement a complete teaching plan
* Organize and create learning materials and resources
* Use a variety of activities and instructional methods (songs, stories, media, structured games, art, outdoor activities etc) to motivate and stimulate children s learning
* Maintain an open line of communication with parents and provide appropriate information
* Assess students performance and progress to ensure they are mastering the skills on a regular basis (you will be required to complete a progress report for each student)
* Work alongside the Chinese co-teacher and assistant teacher
* Follow and comply with teaching standards and safety regulations
One Saturday per month 8:00/8:30am to 1:00/1:30pm
Requirements
* Proven working experience as a Kindergarten Teacher, Kindergarten Assistant or Teacher Aide
* Excellent knowledge of child development and latest education theories and practices
* Creative and artistic teaching abilities
* Teaching and organisation skills
* Patience and flexibility
* Strong communication skills
* Bachelor Degree and TEFL/TESOL cert
* Bachelor Degree in education or relevant licence/certificate will be an advantage
* Have a valid work visa or PR
