Job Description

We are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior GermanSpeaking Sales Representative to join our dynamic team and contribute to our expanding client portfolio.

Position Overview:

As a Junior GermanSpeaking Sales Representative you will be pivotal in promoting and selling our digital marketing products to potential clients. You will engage with prospective clients to understand their needs present our solutions and help them achieve their marketing objectives. Your fluency in German and proficiency in English will be essential for effective communication with our diverse client base. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales and Client Acquisition:

    • Identify and target potential clients through thorough market research and outreach activities.
    • Conduct sales calls and meetings with prospective clients to understand their digital marketing needs.
    • Present and explain our digital marketing products highlighting their benefits and how they can meet client objectives.
  2. Proposal Development and Presentation:

    • Develop customized digital marketing proposals based on client needs and goals.
    • Create compelling presentations and pitch materials to effectively communicate our value proposition.
    • Present proposals to clients addressing their questions and concerns and negotiating terms and conditions.
  3. Account Management and Client Relations:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients providing exceptional customer service and support.
    • Monitor client accounts and campaign performance offering insights and recommendations for optimization.
  4. Market Research and Analysis:

    • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends competitive landscape and emerging opportunities.
    • Analyze market data and client feedback to refine sales strategies and improve campaign performance.
  5. Collaboration and Communication:

    • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing creative and account management to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
    • Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders ensuring clear and transparent communication at all times.
    • Participate in team meetings training sessions and industry events to stay updated on the latest trends and developments in digital marketing.
  6. Reporting and Documentation:

    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities client interactions and performance metrics in our CRM system.
    • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance market insights and client feedback to management.

Qualifications:

  • Language Proficiency:

    • Fluent in German (both written and spoken).
    • Proficient in English (minimum B2 level).
  • Skills and Experience:

    • Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven ability to build and maintain strong business relationships.
    • Experience in sales marketing or a related field is advantageous but not required for junior profiles.
    • Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and strategies is a plus.
    • Techsavvy with the ability to quickly learn and navigate sales and marketing tools and software.
