About the Role: As a Sales and Marketing Specialist youll act as a digital marketing advisor for advertisers providing expert guidance and support in social media marketing. Your role will involve evaluating advertisement analytics making inbound and outbound calls and assisting clients with the successful implementation of sales funnel strategies. Youll be the key to helping businesses optimize their marketing campaigns and achieve their desired outcomes.

What Were Looking For:

• Native Dutch speaker with advanced English skills.
• Valid work permit in Germany or EU citizenship.
• Experience in sales marketing or digital advertising is a big plus.
• A solid understanding of social media ads and digital marketing principles.

Training Program: Your journey with us begins with an intensive fourweek training programtwo weeks of classroom training followed by two weeks of nesting. Training takes place from Monday to Friday 09:00 am to 5:30 pm and its fully paid. During this time youll also complete the Meta Blueprint Certification Course in digital marketing equipping you with the skills and knowledge to excel in your role. Please note that attendance during the training period is mandatory as its crucial to your success.

Your Responsibilities:

• Serve as a digital marketing consultant offering expert advice to advertisers.
• Analyze social media advertisement performance and provide actionable insights.
• Manage inbound and outbound calls assisting clients with their advertising budgets and strategies.
• Implement and optimize marketing strategies based on client needs and KPIs.
• Identify trends and potential issues early proposing innovative solutions to enhance campaigns.

Work Schedule:

• 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday.
• Shifts run from 08:45 am to 05:15 pm with 30 minutes for lunch and two additional 15minute breaks each day.
