Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Healthcare Recruiter to join our team. The Healthcare Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing screening and placing qualified candidates in various healthcare positions. This role requires a strong understanding of the healthcare industry and the ability to identify and attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract qualified candidates for healthcare positions

Conduct phone and inperson interviews to assess candidate skills and qualifications

Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring process

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies

Manage the full recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance

Stay uptodate on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies

Maintain accurate and organized candidate information in our database

Participate in job fairs and networking events to promote our company and attract potential candidates

Provide excellent customer service to both candidates and clients

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field

Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare recruitment

Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and job market

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proven ability to identify and attract top talent

Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of recruitment activities

Proficient in using recruitment software and social media platforms

Knowledge of employment laws and regulations

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Willingness to travel for job fairs and networking events
