The Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) is a versatile and highly skilled healthcare professional responsible for providing comprehensive medical and surgical care to adult patients in various units within the organization. The RN requires adaptability expertise and a strong commitment to delivering the best care to patients facing a variety of medical and surgical conditions. As a member of the adult med/surg float pool you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that patients receive highquality care during their hospital stay. With passionate and driven leadership behind them our nurses can dedicate themselves to patient safety clinical excellence and lifelong learning.
Our Float Pool offers the following tracks:
- Adult ICU/IMC
- Adult Med Surg/IMC
- Adult Emergency
- Pediatric ICU

Who Should Apply:
- Associate degree in Nursing required
- Active Maryland or Compact RN license is required
- BLS CPR certification required
- At least one year of RN experience in a hospital setting
Applicants with an Associates degree in nursing from an accredited nursing program may be considered; provided they are enrolled in an accredited BSN/MSN program within 1 year of hire and complete the degree within 5 years of hire
