IT Application Developer

Job Description:

As an IT Application Developer you will play a key role in designing developing and maintaining custom applications that support our business operations and enhance efficiency. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand requirements develop solutions and deliver highquality software applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design develop and maintain custom applications and solutions to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for new projects and enhancements.
• Develop technical specifications and documentation for applications and systems.
• Write clean efficient and welldocumented code using programming languages and frameworks.
• Integrate applications with existing systems and thirdparty services as needed.
• Conduct unit testing and troubleshooting to ensure software meets specifications and quality standards.
• Optimize applications for performance scalability and usability.
• Implement security and data protection measures for applications.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend and implement improvements.
• Provide technical support and guidance to endusers and team members as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven 2 years of experience as an Application Developer or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java Python C# or others relevant to the role.
• Experience with web development frameworks (e.g. Django Spring Boot .NET).
• Familiarity with database management systems (e.g. MySQL PostgreSQL SQL Server).
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) design patterns and best practices.
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git) and Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure Google Cloud) is a plus.
• Relevant certifications (e.g. AWS Certified Developer Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer) are a plus.
