Job Description
- Oversee daily operations of commercial properties within the portfolio.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance asset value and performance.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure standards are met.
- Manage property maintenance and improvement projects.
- Prepare and manage annual budgets for commercial properties.
- Conduct financial analysis and reporting on asset performance.
- Monitor income and expenses, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue and optimize costs.
- Collaborate with the design and development teams on property development projects.
- Provide input on design and layout to maximize property value and tenant satisfaction.
