Mandatory Skills & Roles & Responsibilities
3 years of handson experience in conversational interface solutions
Good knowledge of Azure Platform for chatbot o Demonstrated knowledge of various chatbot technologies including Dialog Flow MS bot framework and Amazon Lex.
Experience in business messaging service and chatbots on WhatsApp Teams and web channels Optional
Skills: 5 years of programming experience with preferably Node.js or Python.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Support and build Chatbot initiatives.
Ensure to set up a standard scalable framework is formulated for chatbots.
Set up end to end bot services including environment set up database set up chatbot design and build data logging and analytics dashboard on power BI or other analytics tools.
Build chatbots on multiple channels including and not limited to WhatsApp Teams mobile app and or web.
Create solution design document and complete IT Security Risk Assessment
Review and define the development of standard coding guidelines (Cloud Functions) Other
Chatbot platforms:
Good knowledge of MS Bot Framework Azure Services Dialog flow and other chatbot platforms in the market.
Bring in perspectives of advanced technologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in ServiceNow development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with ITIL processes and ServiceNow certifications. - Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and development best practices. - Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful ServiceNow solutions.
