Job Description
Job Responsibilities (JR)
Full Stack Development:
Develop and maintain web applications using modern frameworks (e.g. Next.js React).
Work on both frontend and backend development tasks.
Team Leadership:
Lead a small team of developers providing guidance and mentorship.
Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
Innovation Integration:
Incorporate AI and GenAI technologies into our services.
Stay updated with emerging tech trends to keep our solutions cuttingedge.
Project Management:
Oversee project lifecycles from conception to deployment.
Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to ensure timely delivery.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure code quality performance and scalability.
Implement best practices for development and deployment.
Key Result Areas (KRA)
Project Delivery:
Timely and successful delivery of development projects.
Team Development:
Growth and performance improvement of team members.
Innovation Implementation:
Effective integration of new technologies into projects.
Quality Standards:
Maintain high standards of code quality and application performance.
Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
Project Timeliness:
90% of projects delivered on or before deadlines.
Code Quality:
Achieve less than 2% postdeployment defects.
Team Retention:
Maintain a team retention rate of 95% annually.
Innovation Milestones:
Implement at least one new technology or feature per quarter.
Client Satisfaction:
Achieve an average client satisfaction score of 4.5/5.
